Histroy of Cooking

The art of Cooking started from the time when human first produced fire. According to the Phylogenetic analysis the human ancestors may have invented cooking as far back as 1.8 million to 2.3 million years ago. There is also evidence that Homo erectus were cooking their food as early as 500,000 years ago. Cooking food using fire is the first step of humans in mordern world. Some people even suggest that cooking food also helps to make food more of nutrients and gave our ancestors more time to think.
