Simple Noodles
Simple Garlic Noodles
Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut, stretched or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles can be refrigerated for short-term storage or dried and stored for future use.


Ingredents
  1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 4 spring onions(cut into smaller pieces)
  3. 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  4. 2 carrots(cut into smaller )
  5. 1 cup snap pea
  6. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  7. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  8. 9 oz dried rice noodles (250 g), cooked
Recipise
First of all, start heating the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and three spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now, add the carrots and peas, before stirring in the brown sugar and soy sauce. Add the noodles and mix for another couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then slice remaining spring onion and top to serve. Now, your noodles are ready to serve.
