Hamburger
A hamburger is a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. The patty may be pan fried, grilled, smoked or flame broiled. Hamburgers are often served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, or chiles; condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, or a "special sauce", often a variation of Thousand Island dressing; and are frequently placed on sesame seed buns. A hamburger topped with cheese is called a cheeseburger.

  1. lean ground beef
  2. Worcestershire sauce
  3. seasoning salt
  4. garlic powder
  5. pepper
  6. hamburger buns
  7. lettuce
  8. tomato
  9. onion
  10. pickles
  11. ketchup
Recipise
In a large bowl add 80% lean beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Now mix them completely until they combined. Now divide the beef into four parts. Form 4 hamburger patties from them. Use your thumbs to make an indention in the middle of the patties. Heat them on grill for 5 mintues. now take the buns and add toppings(lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, etc.) on them with patties. They are ready to serve.
